1. Pre-order
By placing a pre-order on WATCHROYAL, you agree that your payment method will be charged at the time of order to reserve your selected colorway and configuration. Shipment is targeted for around June; if the date changes, we will notify you by email before the original ETA. You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund any time prior to shipment.
2. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for any reason. The product must be returned in unused condition. We cover the return label. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt.
3. Warranty
Each strap carries a 2-year material warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, modification, or normal wear.
4. Trademarks
WATCHROYAL is an independent aftermarket brand. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Audemars Piguet or Swatch Group. "Royal Pop," "Royal Oak," "Audemars Piguet," and "Swatch" are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only for descriptive compatibility purposes.
5. Liability
Our straps are designed to install without modifying the Royal Pop case. WATCHROYAL is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation or use. By using our product you acknowledge that aftermarket accessories may affect any warranty offered by the original watch manufacturer.
